Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, ATTN: Benjamin Siltman Physical Address for hand carried bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes the installation of two (2) 115-kV and thirteen (13) 230-kV disconnect switches as well as install one (1) 115-kV breaker and one (1) 230-kV breaker. The project is located in Laramie County, Wyoming, with a performance period of 280 day
