6515-Upper Artificial Limbs

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has identified Prosthetic Terminal Device (PTD): Prosthetic Wrist Unit (PWU), Prosthetic Elbow Unit (PEU), Prosthetic Limb Suspension (PLS), Prosthetic Components & Accessories (PCA) and Partial Hand Components and Accessories (PHCA) for use with prosthetic (artificial) limbs, as preferred products for consolidated contracting. The consolidated contracting is to establish enterprise scale and consistency in fabrication using these customized products and to obtain quality products at lower than current contract and open-market prices.
