Description
This notice is to comply with posting requirement stated at FAR 8.405-6 (a)(2)(i). Pursuant to FAR 8.405-3, the Contracting Officer (CO) established a single award BPA under the GSA schedule contract 36F79723D0119 to fill the repetitive need for wound vacuum rentals. The single award BPA was established without competition and a waiver on the basis of a justification prepared and approved in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B). See attached.
