6640 - Laboratory Equipment and Supplies Thermal Manikins

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Groton Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis to Thermetrics, LLC for Thermal Manikins in support of Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF) located in Natick, MA. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(1), only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The delivery period will be for 30 days after award.
