This intent to sole source announcement is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2- Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. Background: The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade all existing licenses to the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). Objective: This task covers a phased upgrade of the Avigilon software platform from the current production version to Version 7, with provisions for a future upgrade to Version 8 pending required approvals in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (See attached copy of SOW) Unique Qualifications: The requirement is for an upgrade to existing proprietary software licenses currently maintained by an authorized distributor.
