Description
This is an 8(a) Sole Source Procurement. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for all other specialty trades contractors construction work as defined under NAICS Code 238990 at various locations within the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Travis area of responsibility (AOR). The total contract value shall not exceed $4,500,000.00. This not to exceed (NTE) amount is for the aggregate total of all IDIQ orders awarded during the base year and all option periods (if exercised).
