Description
This is a pre-solicitation synopsis of the Government's intent to award an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to the National Industries for the Blind (NIB). The Javits-Wagner-ODay Act (41 USC 47) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.7 "Acquisition from Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled" requires WHS/AD to solicit and award to National Industries of the Blind (NIB), the AbilityOne prime contractor for contract management services, as a mandatory source.
