Description

SRI International, Menlo Park, California, has been awarded a maximum $98,600,368 long-term, indefinite delivery, cost-plus-fixed-fee, requirements contract for advanced microcircuit emulation improvement program. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and 3204 (a)(3), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 and 6.302-3.
