NAICS: 326199 PSC: 8145 The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue on a limited competition between the OEM Advanced Packaging, Inc.
