This effort is to provide program management, system analysis, engineering support, technical support, testing, validation, training, and go live support for the AFTAT information technology program HTML 5 conversion and technology platform upgrade. Conversion of AFTAT to a full HTML 5 interface will allow any user to operate the AFTAT system from any internet browser without the need to download any file on the user machine.
