This announcement constitutes as a NOCA by the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) Hanscom AFB, MA. AFNWC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Peraton Inc, under the authority of 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
