Description

Due to the circumstances described herein, the activity requests authority to acquire the repair of UP Converter, and Frequency Selectable Oscillator in support of the AN/ALR-56M Advanced Radar warning Receiver (ARWR) listed in this document using other than full and open competition as prescribed by FRA 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency. Only the referenced vendor has the unique capabilities, experience, and expertise that can staistfy the Government's requirements of the AN/ALR-56. This action will result in a Requirements contract (BEQ) Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will include a basic ordering period and Ordering period 1. This is a follow on contract for FA8522-23-D-0002.
