Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ awarded a three-year Basic Ordering Agreement to Lockheed Martin of Marietta, Georgia, for the inspection of repair of the Anti-Skid Test Set and E-TCAS/IFF Test Box in support of the United States Navy KC-130J program. Delivery Orders will be negotiated and isued against the Basic Ordering Agreement on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
