Description
The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,680 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a mile radius of 155 Hazard Avenue, Enfield, CT 06082. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 8 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
