Description
The Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division has procured Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services on a noncompetitive basis to Triple Canopy, Inc. (13530 Dulles Technology Dr. STE 500, Herndon, Virginia 20171) for up to six (6) months, September 01, 2025, through February 28, 2026, to allow time to solicit and award the follow-on contract, as well as to provide adequate time for transition. This action resulted in a modification to extend the ordering period of the existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract to allow placement of a task order to continue critical PSO services throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
