Description

The estimated value of the proposed action is $363,520.00 for a new, base plus four option years, acquisition. The period of performance will be 06/11/2024 thru 06/10/2029. This acquisition is for the critical upgrades and annual maintenance and monthly testing of the emergency and standby generators in compliance with Joint Commission, NFPA requirements, and manufacturers guidelines. Includes repairs to upgrade the control panels on the Caterpillar generators for improved service and provide remote annunciators per NFPA 110 requirements. Provide full maintenance per manufacturer guidelines for annual and monthly maintenance and testing. Acquisition includes the purchase and installation of two (2) remote annunciators and two (2)new instrument control panels with associated upgrades.
