A. VENDOR MUST ALSO ADVISE CAT TEAM OF HANDOVER AT: DISA.DSCC.IE.MBX.DCP-COMMERCIAL-ACTIVATION@MAIL.MIL. B. TEST RESULTS MUST BE APPROVED BY TSGT DAVID A YACONIS BEFORE NOC SUBMITION. 2.
