The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) for data communications equipment (DCE) for the Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR-9) system. Panduit Corporation part number UPS00100DC is the only approved UPS to be used in the DCE equipment in the ASR-9. The FAA does not have rights in specifications or drawings to provide to vendors. The rights to all proprietary information necessary to conduct manufacture, repair, and test of these assets are owned by Panduit Corp.
