Description
This notice is being published in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. THIS NOTICE OF AWARD IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government limited competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The acquisition was conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
