Description

Subsequent to Special Notice SS-FSA-25-0068, and pursuant to the authority found in FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Administrative Resource Center (ARC), has awarded a strategic-sourcing, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for "WMATA SmartBenefits Public Transportation Fare" on a non-competitive basis. This award has an effective ordering period of September 15, 2025, through September 14, 2030, and this award has a maximum not-to-exceed (NTE) value of $10,000,000.00. The award may be utilized by all Bureau of the Fiscal Service shared services customer agencies.
