Description

The United States Coast Guard awarded Option Period Seven Contract Line Items for Ten (10) Additional Fast Response Cutters (FRCs) from Bollinger Shipyards Lockport, L.L.C., 8365 Highway 308 South, Lockport, LA 70374-0250 under Contract HSCG23-16-C-AFR625, under Contract Unilateral Modification A00085. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 336611. The Ten additional FRCs will be fully compatible and configured similarly to that of the existing FRC fleet, procured under this contract. No substitutes were considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government and per the attached approved and redacted J&A.
