Issuance and award of a sole-source, five (5) year, single award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), contract to L3Harris Technologies, Inc.,(L3Harris) 1025 W NASA Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32919, for the continued procurement of engineering services, to include maintenance, repair and support for Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) Force Level Variant (FLV) (AN/USC-69(V)2) and Unit Level Variant (ULV) (AN/USC-69(V)3) (hereinafter collectively referred to as CBSP system) terminals, components, and spares.
