BASE BID CLIN 0001- Includes but is not limited to complete Suite renovation. The renovation of approximately 1,950 SF of existing office area of Suite 446 and shall include four (4) 120 SF minimum Private Offices (Rooms 446.4, 446.5, 446.6 and 446.7), one (1) Conference Room 446.2 to accommodate eight (8) person conference table, an Open Office 446.3 area with six (6) cubicle workstations and one (1) Entrance Vestibule 446.1. Option 1- CLIN 0002- Includes renovations of approximately 1,260 SF of existing office area of Suite 544. Renovations shall include one (1) 120 SF minimum Program Manager Office 544.3, one (1) Conference Rooms 544.5 to accommodate six (6) person conference table, one (1) Server Room 544.4 to accommodate two server racks, one (1) Open Office 544.2 area with seven (7)
