Description
Contractors shall provide transportation services to support a (11) eleven-day (5-16 May 2025) professional programs to be hosted in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas. Two (2) Charter buses for up to 55 passengers each are required to transport a total of 105 people during event dates.Tentative schedule is attached in the PWS. Dates, times and location within the Metropolitan area are subject to change with late notice; vendors must be capable of accommodating changes
