This is a sole source, firm-fixed price contract awarded to Butler Parachute Ststems, Inc. for 10 LPP Butler Parachute Training Hanging Harnesses, part number 11094, for use at the SERE school located at Fairchild AFB, WA. Per AFI 11-410, Personnel Parachute Operations, only items on the the Air Force Personnel Parachute Program Authorized for Use List (AUL) are to be purchased for parachute operations and training.
