Description
This project is located at the C-1 Hangar situated on Trumbo Point Annex, part of Naval Air Station Key West, Florida. The C-1 Hangar is a critical facility supporting a variety of operational and maintenance functions for tenant commands. Due to its coastal location and age, several building systems and components have deteriorated and need replacement to maintain safe and reliable functionality. The tasks for this include all exterior ladders to be replaces, gutters on the south side of the facility in two designated areas to be replaced, and replacement of the existing 150-kilowatt generator. This project includes multiple tasks focused on improving the operational resilience and structural integrity of the facility. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable Unified Faci
