Description
Architect-Engineering Services for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Project Management Office to include design and inspection services for the construction of modifications and additions to the SPR facilities and connecting pipelines, including limited expansion planning activities. Work to be performed under this contract may consist of feasibility studies, enterprise change proposals (ECPs), conceptual designs; environmental documents (National Environmental Policy Act forms, Environmental Permits etc.) Title I (Preliminary Design), Title II (Definitive Design), and Title III (Post Approved for Construction (AFC)) services.
