Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) awarded the CANYONLANDS contract on 19 September 2025 to ECS Federal, LLC located at 2750 Prosperity Avenue, Suite 600, Fairfax, VA 22031. This new stand-alone CANYONLANDS contract will transition and continue NGA-funded Research Topic Areas (RTAs) from an Army Research Lab (ARL) Contract, referred to herein as RUNWAY, in pursuant to the statutory authority permitting other than fully an open competition is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
