Description
CBP awarded a Firm Fixed Price Task Order IAW FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), FAR 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) and FAR Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) (Only one awardee is capable of providing the services required).CBP requires contractor support services, period of performance: 6/4/2025 to 6/3/2026 to facilitate the implementation of the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) fee increase study completed in January 2025. Constellation Inc, OASIS+ contract #47QRCA25DS623, was the vendor that was awarded the TO for the original ESTA fee study.
