Description
This acquisition encompasses the Centralized Access for Data Exchange program (CAFDEx) for the Wing Air Card program. The system is used to reconcile and track fuel transactions to complete the reconciliation process IAW AFI 11-253. Based on the market research and analysis conducted, it is the Contracting Officer's determination to solicit the subject requirement as a Sole Source award under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This strategy is justified due to the proprietary nature of the CAFDEx software.
