Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to solicit and award a Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Tronair, Inc. (CAGE Code 59603) and its authorized distributors for the purchase of Fuel Flush-Leak Check Unit, P/N: 07-3015-0900. This item will support the NAVAIR CH-53K Program and the Israel Foreign Military Sales Program for maintenance operations at the O-Level of maintenance for the CH-53K Aircraft. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source and authorized distributors under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action.
