CH-53K Program O-Level Bag: Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to solicit and award a Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Rhinestahl Corp (CAGE Code 5QE71) for the purchase of items and part numbers as outlined in the attached spreadsheet. These items will support the NAVAIR CH-53K Program, and Foreign Military Sales Program for Israel maintenance operations at the O-Level of maintenance for the CH-53K Aircraft. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action.
