Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded contract modification N0001924C0017P00005 to Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C. (RFS), 800 W.Carver Rd STE 101, Tempe, AZ 85284-5264, on an other than full and open competitive basis. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." RFS is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the TBFDS and therefore is the only contractor with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data that can meet the Government's requirements on a timely basis.
