This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Delta Controls ORCAview (Delta) and Distech Controls EC-Net (Distech) product lines for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface with the identified Installation networked facilities control and monitoring system at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH, which includes Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS) Atlantic, Detachment Cutler (referred to in this document as "the Installation").
