Description
This Notice of Award and Limited Sources Justification and Approval is posted in accordance with (IAW) FAR 8.405(a)(2). Blanket Purchase Agreement FA700025A0014 was awarded to Roche Diagnostics Corporation for Chemistry Analyzer Tests on a cost per reportable result basis for three Military Treatment Facilities (10th Medical Group, 21st Medical Group, and Evans Army Community Hospital). A Notice of Intent to Limit Sources was posted on 10 Apr 25 under Notice ID CMHSRoche2025NOI.
