Contract action was not awarded competitively. Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. is the only vendor to reply to the solicitation posted on SAM.gov. The solicitation was posted to SAM.gov on April 21, 2025 with a due date of May 7, 2025. After receiving no other interest, Amendment 1 was published on May 7, 2025 further extending the due date to May 22, 2025. No other offers were received. Therefore, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. is the only known source who can meet the Government's requirements.
