Firm-fixed price, sole source contract of cost-per-test reagents and consumables supplies to perform immunohematology testing at 1) Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center, 99th Medical Group, Nellis Air Force Base, 2) 60th Medical Group, David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base and 3) Naval Medical Center San Diego. The lease of the analyzers equipment, training and maintenance support are inclusive cost of the supply purchase.
