Description
This contract action was fixed-price. Covidien Sales LLC is the sole provider for Illumisite manufacturing, selling, and servicing. There are no other companies authorized to provide the required services. Based on this, the VA Rule of Two cannot be met. Therefore, this requirement was sole sourced to Covidien Sales LLC IAW FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b) and for proprietary reason.
