This project involves updates and renovations to Building A350 on NAS Key West, Boca Chica, Florida. This is a design-build project, requiring the contractor to procure the services of a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer, Designer of Record (DOR). The DOR will be responsible for all design-related activities, ensuring compliance with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Florida Building Code, ASCE 7-22, and U.S. Navy requirements.
