Description
This Justification and Approval (J&A) authorizes and approves the use of other than full and open competition to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract to North American Crane & Rigging, LLC (NACR) for the Navys Strategic Weapons System (SWS) Ashore and Complex 46 on the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL.
