Description
The Department of Defense Education Activity-Pacific (DoDEA-P) has awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to Temple University Japan (TUJ) on a sole-source basis. This contract provides for the delivery of the proprietary Creative Expressions Fine Arts and Film Workshop for high school students in support of DoDEA-Pacifics Far East Academic programs. This requirement was not competed because the services are proprietary to Temple University Japan. No other sources in Japan offer a comparable standards-based fine arts and film academic workshop tailored to DoDEA's curriculum requirements. Market research confirmed TUJ as the only available and capable source. The total value of the award is $15,200.00, funded with Fiscal Year 2025 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds
