The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is issuing this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 212.70, Defense Commercial Solutions Opening. USTRANSCOM conducts global integrated mobility operations and relies on robust IT systems and technologies that meet stringent DoD security standards. This CSO seeks an innovative approach to meet various USTRANSCOM IT needs. The Government encourages proposals that span a wide spectrum of possible technical and business solutions in response to the specific AoIs.
