The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will utilize procedures with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items with COX COMMUNICATIONS HAMPTON ROADS, L.L.C. Commander Naval Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA) requires hard-wire cable telecommunications services to various locations at U.S. Naval activities, throughout the Hampton Roads area. The Hampton Roads area is defined as Williamsburg, VA South to Chesapeake, VA. Locations may be working spaces, living spaces, Navy Lodges, pier side and dry-docks, but will not be limited to those areas.
