On September 12, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract 36C10B25C0050 to Aquia, Inc. This is a sole source contract to Aquia, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), Authorized or Required by Statute , as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5. For this action, 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program provides the authority to directly contract with a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business or a Veteran-Owned Small Business. In accordance with FAR 5.301(d)(1), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for this effort.
