Description
On December 23, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed Price modification to existing Contract 36C10B25C0040. Through this action, VA extended the existing support being provided by 180 days for the existing Guest Wi-Fi solution located at the Temple Campus at 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple Texas, the Waco Campus 4800 Veterans Memorial Dr., Waco Texas and Cedar Park VA Clinic, 1401 Medical Pkwy Building C, Suite 200/400, Cedar Park Texas. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by VA s implementation of the Class Deviation for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source
