This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12. Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services with elements of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and FAR 16 Types of Contracts, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
