Description
Design-Build construct and renovate Latrine Blocks at Bobo Primary School, in Lamu County, Kenya. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and applicable safety precautions necessary to construct three (3) sanitation buildings, each approx. 63 square meters, one for boys (consisting of 12 regular stalls, 2 specialneeds stalls, 2 urinals, and 4 wash basins), one for girls (consisting of 12 regular stalls, 2 special-needs stalls and 6 wash basins), and one for staff and Pre-Primary Education (consisting of 12 regular stalls, 2 special-needs stalls, 1 urinal, and 4 wash basins) and to renovate existing latrines in accordance with the Scope of Work. Warranty periods must be provided for +1 year from BOD with a +10-year warranty for the roof.
