Dimethyl Fumarate DR Presolicitation

The Defense Logistics Agency is planning to issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Dimethyl Fumarate DR capsules. Procurement details follow. Dimethyl Fumarate DR 120MG capsules in 14 count bottles and Dimethyl Fumarate DR 240MG in 60 count bottles. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense customers through the DLA prime vendor program.
