Description
Contractor shall provide Mess Attendant and Contingency Cook services to the 48th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath and 100th FSS at RAF Mildenhall. The Contractor shall fulfil the requirements in the attached PWS and conform to the professional Food Service Operation Standards identified in the PWS. The Contractor shall follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified by the PWS. These services include support for: Knights Table Dining Facility on RAF Lakenheath Hot Pit Small Site Dining Facility on RAF Lakenheath Gateway Dining Facility on RAF Mildenhall
