Description
This is a firm fixed price sole source contract for the purchase and delivery of one Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) system and accessories from Telops Inc. The equipment is an advanced infrared HSI system that measures the spectral signature of gaseous clouds as well as solid samples near or above ambient temperature in realtime. The HSI must be operable in field conditions without the need for liquid nitrogen, external cooling devices, and fully operational outdoor environmental conditions from 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
